Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are designed to feel steady, private, and deeply restorative.

    What it looks like

    • You’ll lie down comfortably, either on my treatment table (in person) or in your own space (virtual).

    • If we’re meeting online or by phone, I’ll ask you to choose a quiet, private place where you won’t be disturbed.

    • Sessions are done fully clothed.

    • In person, there may be minimal light touch, but only if you’re comfortable. Touch is always optional.

    What’s expected of you
You do not need to prepare anything special.
You do not need to have the right words.
You do not need to understand energy work.
You do not need to relive difficult memories unless you choose to.
You do not need to perform insight or make something happen.
You do not need to fix yourself before coming.

Your only responsibility is to show up and allow your system to settle.

    How we work together
We can talk throughout the session if that feels supportive, or you can rest quietly while I work. I’ll gently share what I’m noticing, sensing, or clearing so you remain included in the process.

If something feels uncomfortable, we adjust. If you need to speak, we speak. If you need silence, we hold silence. This is a collaborative process. You are never passive, but you are never pushed.

    What’s included
    Each session includes:

    • Nervous system settling and regulation

    • Intuitive energy work

    • Insight and reflection

    • Practical integration guidance

If you’d like, I can record the session so you don’t have to remember everything we discuss. When a recording is made, I also send summary notes afterward.

The goal is not intensity. It is stability. We create the conditions for your system to soften and your power to land safely.

  • No. I am not providing psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

My work focuses on nervous system soothing, intuitive insight, and embodied empowerment.

Many clients work with me alongside therapy. The two can complement each other beautifully.

  • That’s ideal.

You do not need to believe in anything. We work with what you actually feel and experience.

This is grounded, practical, and experiential. If something resonates, we use it. If it doesn’t, we don’t.

  • That’s a fair question.

The people who benefit most from this work usually already sense that something in them wants more alignment, steadiness, or expression. The question is rarely “Does this matter?” It’s more often, “Am I ready?”

You’ll know it’s worth it if:

    • You’re tired of temporary insight that doesn’t stick
    • You want sustainable nervous system regulation, not just relief
    • You’re willing to participate in your own growth
    • You value depth over quick fixes

This work is not about dramatic promises. It’s about building internal capacity. When your nervous system is steadier, your decisions change. Your relationships change. Your self-trust deepens.

If that feels meaningful to you, it is likely worth the investment.

If you’re looking for instant transformation or someone to fix things for you, this may not be the right fit.

You are welcome to send me a note before booking. Sometimes a short exchange is enough to feel whether it resonates.

  • This work can be a good fit if you’re looking for grounded support for your nervous system and inner stability, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot.

You don’t have to believe anything, understand energy work, or perform anything. You can be curious, skeptical, spiritual, or somewhere in between.

Some people come with clear goals and questions. Others come tired and simply want to rest and let their system settle. Both are welcome. A little openness is enough.

  • Most clients report:

    • Feeling calmer in their body
    • Less reactive
    • More clear in their decisions
    • More confident in their voice
    • A deeper sense of purpose

Change often feels subtle at first. Then one day you notice: you’re responding differently.

    That’s embodiment.

  • Yes. Sessions can be done by in-person or online

Many clients find virtual sessions equally effective because the work is not dependent on physical proximity.

  • Occasionally, yes. Some clients notice spiritual or energetic shifts during sessions. We don’t try to make these happen, and we don’t chase them.

If something deeper arises, my role is to support grounding and nervous system stability so the experience can be integrated safely into your life.

The focus is always embodiment and integration. If you’re already going through significant spiritual changes, or you’ve had experiences that felt overwhelming in the past, please let me know so we can work slowly and carefully.

  • Read through the site and notice how your body responds. Feeling curious, grounded, and resourced — rather than urgent or activated — is often a good indicator. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out with questions before booking.

  • Yes. I offer intuitive animal connection sessions, currently in limited availability as this part of my work grows. Sessions focus on connection, emotional/energetic support, and insight into what may be going on for your animal, along with practical ways you can support them. This is not medical advice and isn’t a substitute for veterinary care. description
